Shipping & Delivery
We aim to dispatch orders of products in stock within 2–3 working days for deliveries within Europe. For other destinations, delivery times may vary depending on the region.
Bespoke (custom) orders require approximately 3–4 weeks for production and delivery.
Packaging
Our packaging is eco-conscious, using biodegradable shipping boxes and kraft paper bags to reduce environmental impact.

Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on FedEx and CTT tariffs and guidelines.
Liability and Claims
From the moment products leave our warehouse, the risk of transport is the responsibility of the customer.
Upon receiving your order, we strongly recommend the following:
• Check the condition of the packaging and products before signing the delivery note.
• If the packaging is damaged, do not accept the package or sign for it.
• Ask the delivery agent to note any damage and refuse the package if necessary.
• If someone else is receiving the parcel on your behalf, please ensure they follow the same procedure.
Important:
Signing the delivery note without making a reservation means you accept the delivery in good condition. No claims will be accepted afterwards.
In case of damage or discrepancy:
• Refuse the delivery or sign with a clear reservation.
• Immediately contact us at hello@auake.com with photos and a detailed description.
• According to shipping regulations, you must notify the carrier of any issues within 3 calendar days (excluding public holidays) via registered letter or official notice.
