Please note that all our pieces are handcrafted using artisanal methods, which makes each item one of a kind.
Slight irregularities in colour, glaze, or finish are natural and part of the charm of handmade ceramics.
Returns
If you wish to return a product, please contact us first at:

Returns must be made within 14 days of receiving your order.
• Items must be returned in original, unused condition to qualify for a refund.
• Items returned in an unsellable condition will not be refunded.
• Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer.
• Please use a secure, trackable courier service. The item remains your responsibility until it reaches our studio.

Classes
AUAKE offers pottery classes by appointment only.
Due to limited availability and preparation involved:
• Class bookings are non-refundable.
• If you cannot attend, you may reschedule your class once, within 1 month of the original date.
• Class appointments represent a confirmed commitment and your reserved spot cannot be rebooked by other students.
