Beginners and more advanced pottery class for adult (+15) with experience or not and limited to 1 person only. We encourage our private pottery classes as both an excellent start for beginners as well as a productive way for experienced potters to develop their practice.

These sessions take place within our AUAKE Pottery Studio teaching space. If an advanced potter, we can support your handle-pulling and bowl-making for example.

Each class has a duration of two hours and are led by Nuri in English or Korean.

Private classes have an introduction to different techniques, you will make a piece of your choice such as a mug, small vase or bowl. All levels are welcome whether you are a total beginner or have made pottery before.

Once you have purchased your course, we will email you to arrange a timeslot with your desired dates and we will book you in. Weekdays are available.

Your pieces will be ready for collection within a maximum of 8 weeks.

We recommend signing all your pieces to ensure they can be clearly identified as yours and cannot be claimed by someone else.

After the class, please take photos of your creations. Then, 4 weeks later, contact us to book an appointment to collect your pieces or to arrange delivery with us (additional cost applies). We ship worldwide.

If we do not hear from you within this timeframe, we will unfortunately not be able to store your pieces any longer. Any uncollected items will be placed in a box at our door, free for local village residents to take.

WHAT IS INCLUDED?

All materials and tools are included and we will fire and glaze your pieces after the class, these will be ready to collect within 8 weeks maximum. We provide aprons but wear comfortable clothes you are okay getting clay on. We offer a coffee, latte or organic tea.
